Why Small Business

I have recently been reading a number of Blogs about why IT providers elected to start servicing the smaller SME or SMB market (SME if you are from the UK or SMB if you are from the USA). They are interesting Blogs which can be found here and here . Many people ask why Abussi focus on the same market and the answer is simple……….

Its because we can make a difference. We can affect the way IT is used in small business and this has a direct impact on productivity & reliability. Moreover its important to understand that good IT professionals need to get ‘under the skin’ of business owners or managers in order to offer the best advice.

Abussi seeks to become the ‘trusted advisor’ to all of its clients and where that relationship is established early on the process works. Where clients seek to dictate to their IT provider how things should be done then they miss the fact that they are not the IT professionals and thus how can they determine the best course of action in terms of IT roll-out ?

Why do Abussi choose SMB / SME markets………….. because we can make a difference.
